Fully furnished units, each with it's own patio, open onto a tranquil and secluded tropical garden. Each modern, bright suite offers tastefully decorated dining and sitting areas, modern bath and kitchenette. High-speed or wireless internet connections are available should you be travelling with a computer. Ceiling fans and windows that open provide good ventilation for your personal comfort. Color TV is serviced by cable and off-street parking is usually available.

• Suite One and Two are for long-term rental only (of 1 year or more) for one or two people
• Suite Three accomodates up to four people
• Suite Four accommodates up to two people

RV Pad

A 30 x 11.5 foot gravel RV parking pad with a large 30 x 7 foot concrete patio overlooking the garden. Rate includes: water and sewer hook-up, cable TV outlet plus an adjacent bathroom. Electricity (40 amp.) is included for stays up to two weeks. For longer stays it is metered.

Laundry

Laundry facilities are available at a cost of 10 Pesos per washer or dryer load and there is a clothesline if you prefer air drying.

Drinking Water

Purified drinking water is available at a cost of 20 pesos for a 19 litre bottle.

Food Services

A large import store, local shops and outdoor markets are all located within a few blocks. Many excellent and safe restaurants serve local specialties and various ethnic foods at very reasonable prices. You can eat out or order in depending on your needs. Delivery is available.

For Your Consideration

Due to possible guest allergies, smoking is not permitted in the suites, but you may smoke outside. We regret that, depending on our guests, we may not always be able to accommodate pets or children.
