Our apartments are available for rent short term (3 - 6 months) or long term (1 year or more). They are fully furnished, each with it's own patio and open onto a tranquil and secluded tropical garden. Each modern, bright suite offers tastefully decorated dining and sitting areas, modern bath and kitchenette. High-speed or wireless internet connections are available should you be travelling with a computer. Ceiling fans and windows that open provide good ventilation for your personal comfort. Color TV is serviced by cable and off-street parking is usually available.

Short or long-term rental apartments

We offer four apartments for rent:

Suite One

Suite One is a one-bedroom apartment and will accommodate up to two tenants. Laundry facilities are available at a cost of 20 Pesos per washer or dryer load and there is a clothesline if you prefer air drying.

Suite One and Two

Suite One can be combined with Suite Two as a two-bedroom apartment and will accommodate up to two tenants. This suite has private laundry.

Suite Three

Suite Three is a one-bedroom apartment and will accomodate up to two tenants. This suite has private laundry.

Suite Four

Suite Four is a studio (efficiency) apartment and will accommodate only one tenant. Laundry facilities are available at a cost of 20 Pesos per washer or dryer load and there is a clothesline if you prefer air drying.

RV Pad

A 30 x 11.5 foot gravel RV parking pad with a large 30 x 7 foot concrete patio overlooking the garden. Rate includes: water and sewer hook-up, cable TV outlet plus an adjacent bathroom. Electricity (40 amp.) is included for stays up to two weeks. For longer stays it is metered. Laundry facilities are available at a cost of 20 Pesos per washer or dryer load and there is a clothesline if you prefer air drying.

Drinking Water

Purified drinking water is available at a cost of 25 pesos for a 20 litre bottle.

Food Services

A large import store, local shops and outdoor markets are all located within a few blocks. Many excellent and safe restaurants serve local specialties and various ethnic foods at very reasonable prices. You can eat out or order in depending on your needs. Delivery is available.
